Tooling and Robotic Cell
The Waterboy EOA Tooling & Robotic Cell was completed in November of
2006. The cell has the capabilities of holding 162 waterboy castings.
Which would mean that at the current cycle time of 12 minutes per
waterboy pallet, this cell could run continuously for over 8 hours
without operator intervention. The Robotic cell was set up at the
Mazak HCN 5000 and designed to be used with the HCN 5000 Waterboy
Fixture.
