Job #: 3560, Weld Positioning Fixture
EOA Tooling
The Weld Positioning Fixture EOA Tooling was completed in March of
2008. The fixture was design so all the parts could be loaded on to
the fixture and clamped in place while the robot is using a second
fixture. When welding is complete the robot places the finished
fixture on a turntable, the turn table then spins so the robot can
connect to the next fixture to be welded. The operator will then
manually unload the finished fixture and reload it with raw parts
again.
