Utilizing SolidWorks 3D CAD software, we create accurate, fully modeled 3D designs. Use of the 3D data allows us to create accurate drawings of floor layouts, assembly views, exploded views and drawing component drawings.
We are capable of providing a variety of project design and manufacturing services. Including but not limited to: one-off dedicated machines, machining/inspection fixtures, specialty tooling, gauges, leak testers, robotics, and robotic end of arm tooling.
Already have a design, but need someone to manufacture it? We can manufacture your design and if needed, assist with finding solutions to questions about materials, manufacturing processes, fits, and finishes. We can assist with product development based on a knowledge of design for efficient manufacturing.
We utilize an ISO-controlled system for the documentation of design criteria, action items, and timelines to verify that we meet design and scheduling requirements. We strive to maintain a single point of contact through the life of a project to ensure a consistent path for communication between us and our customer.
